Fits tool well. Holds a charge from a regular Dewalt charger. Supplies the same power to the tool as the original Dewalt batteries. Don't know yet if it holds a charge as long, when in use of sitting idle. Price is half of what Dewalt batteries are. If they weather as well as the originals I'll be buying more
